Il nuovo album di Mika, “The Origin Of Love“, sarà disponibile in due versioni e in quella deluxe saranno inclusi due brani che includeranno qualche strofa in italiano, in omaggio al nostro paese: “Origin of love” e “Stardust“.
Mika ha annunciato il suo ritorno in Italia per due appuntamenti dal vivo: il 9 Novembre al Gran Teatro Geox di Padova e il 10 all’Atlantico Live di Roma, che fanno parte del nuovo tour europeo.
Il cantante ha detto che il nuovo amore gli ha trasmesso molta energia per scrivere i nuovi brani. “Finalmente mi sono scrollato di dosso il peso di sentire su di me lo sguardo dell’intervistatore di turno che prima o poi avrebbe chiesto: “sei gay?” Con il coming outho fatto un favore a me stesso prima che a quelli che vivono solo per sapere qual è il tuo orientamento sessuale. Ora sono innamorato, felice e questo sentimento mi ha aiutato nella realizzazione del terzo album che non a caso ho intitolato The origin of love”.
“Ho approfittato di questa fase per far sì che questo album suonasse nel miglior modo possibile. Se negli altri due dischi ero un supercartoon adesso posso dire di aver svelato il mio lato romantico“.
